The Warranty Policy of PACCOM Memory module

Limited Product Warranty
Intelligent Memory warrants that the products, in the course of normal use, are free from defects in workmanship and /or material for the warranty period indicated below. This warranty does not included malfunctions of failures resulting from accident, abuse, misuse, natural or personal disaster, or any unauthorized disassembly, modification, neglect, alteration, acts of nature, problems with electrical power, usage not in accordance with product instructions, or improper installation or repairs made by anyone other than Intelligent Memory Ltd or Intelligent Memory Ltd authorized third-party service provider.

The limited warranty period commences form the date of purchase on the original invoice issued by Intelligent Memory Ltd. Proof of purchase (i.e. Copy of the invoice) is required for warranty claim.

*Removal of PACCOM label will void the warranty.

Step 1:
Fill in the IM Return Merchandise Authorization Form (RMA Form) , and email the completed RMA form to rma@intelligentmemory.com
Step 2:
Upon receipt of the request, IM will issue a RMA case number and acknowledge customer accordingly.
Step 5:
Repaired product / Replacement will be returned to Customer.
Step 4:
Repair or replacement will be arranged, whichever IM considers as most appropriate.
Step 3:
Pack properly your authorized defective part and return to IM with prepaid and insured shipment. Valid RMA case number should be clearly stated in the shipment.
Customer is responsible for the delivery and insurance costs when returning product(s) to Intelligent Memory.

Working days for RMA completion*
*Working days for RMA completion start from receipt of returns at Intelligent Memory to delivery of returns from Intelligent Memory. The service commitment applies for lot size less than 10 pieces in a single return.
